Steel Bearing Surface
Teflon Back-Up Ring: superior seal stability.
Top Bushing: Special bronze material creates minimum clearance to extend life of gas spring.
Shaft: Made of steel with a proprietary hard chromium plating ground and polished to a smooth non-porous surface for leak free dynamic sealing.
Patented Multi-Lobe Seal: vastly superior sealing footprint, toleration of shaft imperfections, vibration and temperature variations over single lip seal designs.
Hydraulic Fluid: Specially formulated to provide end-of travel damping.
Piston Assembly: precise control during the extension stroke.
Self Cleaning Orifice: Automatically opens during each spring compression to keep it clear and free flowing.
End Fitting: Composite (Steel and Zinc Available) provides superior performance to metal fittings without corrosion.
