Most products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Please contact us about an inquiry of a specific product
REFUND POLICY FOR AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS
There are no refunds for any products / aftermarket products. Exchanges or store credit is available on returned products.
REFUND POLICY FOR DASH TRIMS
Customer may return product within 30 days of purchase. Any refund claims after 30 days of the purchase will not be accepted under any circumstances. In order to return product, product must not be damaged, used or abused in any way. 3M Adhesive Tape on the back must not be taken off or product will be void for our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the product value (Exceptions: Solid color kits subject to 30% restocking fee and Real Carbon Fiber kits subject to 20% restocking fee). If product is received damaged, or missing pieces are returned, purchaser will be responsible for the damages and will be charged accordingly. The purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping cost including sending the product to Auto Accessory Store for refund. After claiming refund, a refund agreement must be signed by the customer to insure security. Before sending your dash kit for the refund, you must contact us or your claim will be rejected.
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DASH TRIMS
Customer may process an exchange for the dash trim, if the dash trim was for a wrong car model or wrong color. Customer is responsible for the disbursements of shipping the dash trim back to Majestic Modifications for an exchange. The Customer will be charged an additional shipping fee, if the dash trim was exchanged because of the customer's mistake (i.e. ordered the wrong color).
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR DASH TRIMS
Majestic Modifications' (collectively referred to as "the Warrantor") dash trim kits are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship or materials. The Warrantor will repair or replace this product(s) with new or refurbished parts free of charge in the USA. The Warrantor will not be responsible for postage of the package to the warrantor and back to the purchaser.
IF REPLACING/REPAIR IS NEEDED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD THE PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH A SALES RECEIPT/PROOF OF PURCHASE INDICATION DATE OF PURCHASE, AMOUNT PAID AND PLACE OF PURCHASE OR NOTE FROM A SALES ASSOCIATE WITH LEGIBLE SIGNATURE. CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REPAIR OF ANY UNIT RECEIVED WITHOUT SUCH PROOF OF PURCHASE.
The purchaser will be responsible for shipping the unit to Majestic Modifications. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship, which occur during normal use (NOT MISHANDLING INSTALLATION). The warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication, set-up adjustments, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, wear and tear.
